Services Provided: Pearls Construction project management Services in New York includes the development of comprehensive Primavera P6 CPM scheduling together with construction schedule progress reports, schedule change order requests with construction TIA Claims. The Pearls Construction team is also developing the BEP – BIM Execution plan, Revit 3D modeling, and Construction 4D modeling through Navisworks. Moreover, Our Animation team has provided construction 3D rendered animation to better present the work scope and construction sequence.

Work Scope: The reconstruction of Runway 13L-31R using Portland cement concrete, including milling, widening, paving, drainage, pavement markings, lighting, signs and sign foundations, construction of a high-speed taxiway, realignment of taxiways and taxiways’ intersections, replacing FAA’s navigational aid systems, taxiway improvements and related work at Runway 13L-31R and associated taxiways and vicinity thereof at John F. Kennedy International Airport in Queens, New York. Concrete will be site mixed using an on-site concrete batch plant.
