He has his combined accumulated experience in the field of business administration and engineering background. Tom is our Managing member for business development. He loves cooking and reading, and If he is not working, he is watching Netflix.

Bsc. in Civil & Environmental Engineering. He worked on 150+ projects covering all scopes of construction fields including residential, infrastructure, transit & industrial scopes. Kal is a managing member & director of project controls.

Planners
Career:
A PMP certified career oriented and dedicated dynamo. She’s the keeper and the backbone of Pearls. Her plate is never full and always on the run for change and development. A strong advocate to her team and always lifts them up. She doesn’t take No as an answer and tirelessly proof her point. When you look in her eyes, you see toughness and Passion combined. As per her LinkedIn profile, she ranks up almost every year. If she’s not working, she’s either studying or at the Gym.

The Go-To person when you seek perfection. Work is never ordinary with her. Smart, enthusiastic, always willing to learn. She is someone you don’t want to compete with. She’s kind and we are always happy having her around. She is the type of person that always puts her work a top priority, but this doesn’t mean she won’t have fun at some point, which usually comes late. She dreams to travel all over the world. Her dog “Zaatar” is her best friend. She is living in her own Disney world and in love with caramel popcorn.

The most hyperactive of the team. He is rarely behind a desk and you can always find him doing something. You see him anytime; you get the vibes right away and you feel like you should be doing something too. He is a Professional Swimmer. When his swimming trainer calls off a training day, he just goes, put together a program for the day and coach himself. He is not only a swimmer but also, he is a radio head number one fan. He is a musician and started a band, we hope we could attend his first concert. He loves sharing hilarious memes, you need to see his face every day to keep the work day light and smooth. He is Mr. Wikipedia, knows everything about anything and sometimes works out in the office.

He makes sure that every team member does their tasks with our quality standards to achieve greater milestones for Pearls team. He believes that honesty, integrity and smart working are the most important ethics to achieve self-respect and peoples’ respect. God will never waste your efforts.

Joe is in charge of the East Coast Business Development related operations.

That calm successful and the most respectful man the one can meet, always backing the team up and sets the example of the hard-worker. A father of two, yet still Wise. He keeps the balance in the company, he never lets somebody down and never get enough of work. The one whom you get an email from on Weekends like on weekdays. He knows his clients and what they are asking for, and they are happy dealing with him. No wonder, he is one of the biggest “Avengers” Fans. You will find toys on his desk. He knows everything about anything.
Career:
I am a Business Development Executive. I am responsible for opening new channels for work flow, sharing our Services with every possible potential client, seeking to promote and develop the company in every way, establishing trust among our clients. And finally i am responsible for building and maintaining the company’s name.

A German-English fluent with a marketing major in MBA. A calm and pretty gemstone, yet fired-up in her marketing ideas and development skills. Esraa directs our company’s image and branding at all media ports. She has put together a “Full-cream” marketing Portfolio.

A calm, creative & pretty gemstone, yet fired-up with her marketing ideas and development skills in the most efficient ways, she even has her cool prints around the office. She is an excellent flexible communicator and has great commitment towards her work duties to get them done right and on time which resembles the saying “An action speaks better than 1000 words”. Esraa has 3 sisters and they mean the world to her, she is well-known around the office for her famous iced coffee. She got mad love for white sneakers or for being a sneakerhead.
Career:
A proud B.A. graduate in Animation and Graphic Design. At first, I had my doubts on what to specialize in, but the universe kept on showing me all the right signs towards “Graphic Design” wherever I went. well, did I take it? Yes, and have never regretted since! I am responsible for all the media and photos of the Pearls Construction, LLC.
