In 2017, the birth of Pearls Construction LLC
We weren’t backed by big offices or large teams or a working capital. Just a strong belief in combining our founders’ engineering and construction management passion with strategic business development. That belief became our foundation and our milestones came
First Milestone
We received our first Purchase Order, a pivotal turning point that transformed our idea into reality and set the course for everything that followed.
Building the Backbone
We welcomed our first Planning and Business Development team members—an investment in people that paid off and set the foundation for who we are today.
On the Industry Stage
We made our debut at the Chicago Build Expo 2023, stepping into the spotlight and connecting with industry leaders, while internally restructuring our teams to meet growing demands and strengthen our multidisciplinary capabilities.
Stepping across borders
We established our first office in the UAE and participated in the first Project Controls Expo, marking our official entry into the region and laying the groundwork for global expansion.
