Thank you for helping us out with the extra site visits to develop the baseline. Kal really went above and beyond to put a good product together for us quickly. We know that we are going to receive requests from the Port Authority to change some of the contractual milestone dates and the schedule that Kal put together will make it easy to analyze the impact of this request. We are very impressed with Pearls and I would rate all of the below questions a “10.” The service was excellent, I don’t have any suggestions to improve it.
